What a lovely romantic escape! We had the most stunning ocean view from our room and the location was just perfect for long beach walks. The outdoor pools were a dream – we spent hours lounging by the water. The staff were super friendly, making us feel right at home. Plus, the food was delicious, especially the grilled chicken on our last night!

It did feel a bit quiet, which I guess is typical for the off-season. Some facilities weren’t fully operational, and there were fewer activities than we hoped for. We noticed the beach was closed, which was a bummer. A few staff members were a bit off, but overall, we managed to enjoy our stay.

The place was luxurious and nice. the staff was highly efficient and super friendly. the location was stunning, next to a mall, cafes, restaurants, and transportation options. It's a 10-15 minute walk from Fresh Basil, where I dined once or twice.

Had a comfy and amazing room. I appreciated that there were good choice of facilities in the room such as: a mini bar, climate control and an individual safe. The location was marvellous, in the middle of jackson overlooking sea. The hotel staff was amicable and pleasant.

The new-fashioned room was functional and had a drink available. the bidet, bath robes, and shower cap were a plus. the hotel's location was right next to the beach all day, as well as close to taxi services and the airport. Enjoyed dining at Shuckers, just a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.
